We need to enrich the logged by data with information about department, team, and position and manager of the logged by user. In Tempo, we can only use Team information, which is not sufficient for our needs.
We would like to see a breakdown of department → teams → users and their position and manager (this can be property). And we would like to filter, consolidate or breakdown on department and team data.
What would be the right approach to get this sorted with eazy bi? We can use csv import, but I think it is limited in the level/multiple hierarchies and it does not allow us to filter/drill down in reports from Department to team to user.
Any ideas?

The additional data import from external sources into Jira issues cube allows creating custom hierarchies. Still, those hierarchies are limited to one additional grouping layer.
If a team only belongs to one department, you might import the team for the users as an additional property.
Then, you might create a custom hierarchy in the Logged By dimension by this property.
That would allow aggregating data for teams.
Then, you might create calculated members that group teams into departments.
That would allow building a three-level hierarchy of Department->Team->User
