I am new to easyBI , need some help . I am planning to calculate the story progress by calculation how many ‘acceptance criteria (AC)’ are marked as complete for that story .
I already imported the ‘acceptance criteria’ by importing the ‘Custom Fields’. Now trying to figure out how to do the calculation of completed ‘acceptance criteria’ for each story .
For example, if I have a story with 10 ACs out of which 2 are closed , so its percentage completion is 20%.
Highly appreciate any help on this

Unfortunately, your configuration is unclear, and I can’t point you in the right direction. Please provide more details about the acceptance criteria - How do you determine the acceptance criteria in the custom fields? What values can these fields have? What values in these fields would be considered as “Closed”? How did you import the fields in eazyBI?

In Jira , we define the acceptance criteria’s inside a story /issue . Its a checklist as shown in below example . there are 6 acceptance criteria out of which 3 are marked as completed.
So based on this, I can say 50% of my work is complete.
I got the ‘acceptance criteria’ imported in my report by adding the ‘Custom Fields’ in my data source now I can see the ‘ Issue acceptance criteria’ under measures , but there is no way I can Identify how how many of these AC are marked as completed .
As all AC which are part of the story is shown as just one field . for example below I am seeing all 6 AC in single line and can’t differentiate between the ACs

What is the custom field type and origin (Jira custom field or marketplace app custom field)? Please share a screenshot or a string of the value returned by the imported custom field in eazyBI.

Custom field type is Jira custom field , as shown below
This custom field is coming under measures as shown below
Also below is the string value returned , these are 3 acceptance criteria which belongs to to user story, but coming up as one single string
BA details completed, *created a new cloud version of the BA,*Has the BA been updated in Service Now?
What I need to know is , how many of these acceptance criteria are marked as closed
