Hello, I would like to know if there is a possibility to create a dashboard in EazyBI that get from Jira a list of Team members and display numbers of there tickets including persons that may have no tickets (0 tickets). Thank you in advance.

eazyBI imports data from Jira issues.
While user (assignee or reporter) has 0 issues, it won’t be imported in eazyBI
You can create a report showing users that have at least 1 issue and then count their issues, but this won’t include users without any issues.
That means, technically, you should wait while the new team member is associated to first issue.
