How to group the values according to sprint start date or some common words

Hello all, I have 2 teams working on same product backlog, they have their own sprints.
However periodicly I need to present total of both teams too.
I have all as seperated:

As you see the sprint start dates (not time, just date) and sprint numbers (Sx) are same
I need show as combined something like that:

How can I manage this?
