I am creating a report to show all the issues from hierarchy level 5 & its child issues
I want to exclude any issue that doesn’t have highest parent at hierarchy level 5
I also need to show the issues in parent to child view
How can I remove the “None” that appears under all issues?

Hi @mhamza_c
Thanks for posting your question!
Have you successfully imported the hierarchy, or would you like some assistance with that?
To hide the “None” value under All Issues, you can do the following:
-
Click on the (none) member in your report
-
Select “Remove” from the the menu that shows up when you click on the “(none)” member
This will remove the (none) member from your current report view.

Hi @Elita.Kalane
Thanks for the reply
Yes i know the option to remove the none manually from the table, but the point that there is a filter in the page to show all issues & whenever some one choose it the dashboard, it will add the none again
Let me know if you have any other thoughts
