Hi,
I tried to delete all time members for the year 2025.
There is one specific day which hasn’t been deleted and i’m trying to identify which jira issue prevents this time member from being deleted.
Can you please give me a hint how to achieve this?
Thanks,
Hartmut
Hi,
It is likely, that “Time” dimension member date from year 2025 exists in one of your issue fields as timestamp.
First, you should find a measure ( “Issues created”, “Issues resolved”, “Issues with due date”, etc) which returns a value for the year 2025" when “Time” dimension is used in on your report.
Then you could use “drill through issue” option to find the issue which is behind that year and next go to the Jira to fix the date (see gif below).
After the year is fixed (changed/updated) in Jira, please run a full re-import on your eazyBI account as described here:

Hi Martins,
thanks for your reply. I created a report containing all measures which return a timestamp - and could identify the issues.
Problem solved.
Thank you for your hint.
Kind regards,
Hartmut
