I have created a report, but would like to know if there is a way to disable the ALL projects dropdown menu within the report? The report is going to be put on a dashboard, but I would like it to stay the same. If the dropdown is utilized, it may become confusing to the users of the report.

If you don’t want the dropdown to appear in the report, remove the Project dimension from the “Pages” section of the report.
Suppose you want to remove the “ALL PROJECTS” member from the dropdown and allow only a single Project selection. In that case, expand the Project dimension in pages. In the “All hierarchy level members” section, select the “Project” level. See the screenshot below:
