Unfortunately, eazyBI can’t get information about approvals due to the complexity of the data returned from the Service Desk REST API.
We do have an improvement regarding this in our backlog. It is still gathering user votes, and I can’t give you any estimates. But I added your vote to it.
On Jira Cloud, you can consider importing this information using Javascript calculated custom field (via eazyBI advanced settings), which would retrieve the users that approved the ticket.
