How to re-frame the met vs. breached metric

  1. can we re-frame the met vs. breached metric so that “Met” is defined as time to “Deployed” status, and not time to “Closed” status?

    1. are we able to create a “Time in Status” report that shows the average amount of time that tickets spend in each status for each ticket?
