I’ve created several EazyBI reports with quite a few complex formulas, and it currently takes about 5 minutes for my EazyBI dashboard to fully load.
Is there a way to reduce the loading time for these reports?

My suggestion would be to start with the slowest reports in the dashboard. To find the top slowest reports, please import Usage Statistics: Usage statistics
A set of default reports and a dashboard of these reports will be created in this account. You can use these reports to see the overview of daily usage, see top executed reports and dashboards, reports with errors or slow reports.
Optimize Reports: Improve the performance of slow reports by following best practices from the documentation, learning from training videos, or reaching out to eazyBI support for assistance if needed: support@eazybi.com
Another step would be to Simplify Dashboards: Break down large dashboards into smaller, more manageable ones.
Depending on your account size, please consider Limit Imported Data: Reduce the number of imported issues to decrease the data load and improve performance.
