Hi, Currently I have a report that shows information of logged hours by employees according to his group membership in the AD,
The problem is that when an employee finishes working in a company and becomes inactive all reports change because the employee is no longer a member of the same group.
How can I keep the information back unchanged?

If you have manually created custom members in the Logged by corresponding to the Active Directory groups, those must be maintained manually in eazyBI. There is no feasible workaround to make such a solution more flexible. The use of Jira groups is supported better in eazyBI; it is possible to use the respective dimensions to show the logged hours with the “Logged by Group” dimension.
