I am cleaning up duplicated reports, and reports no longer being used in eazyBI, but I’ve found that you can delete a report that is on an active Jira dashboard. It lets you delete the report in eazyBI with no “this report is being shown in X dashboard” warning.
Is there anyway to see which reports are being used in Jira?

Sure thing!
You’ll first need to enable the Usage statistics and wait for some days for it to gather data from people opening Jira dashboard (and loading reports).
Then, you can open the (usage statistics) account in Jira and create a report like this where you will be able to see a list of reports that are located in Jira Dashboard gadgets:
You can then click on the report name and select “Go to source” option to open the report.
