We have calculated Total planned efforts by entering manual in each phase like Requirement , and design ,development ,Testing and assigned resource for each phase.
I need to calculate Efforts for each individual resource .
Like how much efforts for Resource A, Resource B…individually.

Thanks for posting your question!
It is not entirely clear what you consider by effort (is it tickets closed, hours spent, or some other metrics?).
Here is an example I have created with Logged By dimension (which could be considered as a resource in your case) and hours spent (effort).
