How to show percentage of total tickets created vs Open Vs closed

Hi have to show the Percentage of the the tickets for tickets created vs Open vs Closed

please help me how can I get the percentage for all the columns in bar(graphical) representation

Hi!

To get the percentages in the bar chart:

  1. Choose the bar chart option “Stacked”.

  2. Choose Data labels >> Values and percentage (or just Percentage if that suits you better).

  3. Click precisely on the label icon for [Issues created] and choose Stacked >> disable. (because this is the total number)

  4. Click on other label icons and group measures in stacking groups 1 and 2 according to their meaning (default is 1).
