Did you check this?
Inside the Source Data for Customfields. Click on “Edit” link on the Advanced settings (right column) and then inside. You should have this (and select the checkbox of Dimension):
To summarize, you don’t have to change any options for the field. Make sure all 3 checkboxes remain imported and then use measure “Issues with Inicio Incidente” to filter report
Tks @martins.vanags ! For a count of times that my custom field is used, your instructions worked well!
But I need to filter my dashboard using my datetime custom fileds as a main parameters because are different start and end dates if we compare with default created / end date from Jira!
For example:
At the image below, as I have different dates between “Created Date” default field from Jira and “Inicio Incidente” datetime custom field, for the correct filter in this view I need to select specific dates in “Inicio Incidente” to visualize the issues that wll be in this filter.
Hi,
Actually, you can filter the report by “Issues with Inicio Incidente > 0” and it would do the trick for the particular period.
Then remove this measure from the report and select “Issue inico incidente” in columns.
