How would I build out a report to tally the amount of times someone has done a specific type of work?

My teams use Jira Checklists. My objective is to create individual reports for each developer to see what type of work they’ve been focusing on. To achieve this, I want to be count how many instances a developers name occurs in the checklist sequence

Checklist Format:
Development @jeremy
Testing @jeremy

Desired Output:
Jeremy
Development: 1
Testing: 1
