I am trying to import data from external API, but I arrive in this screen and can’t show the collumn for mapping.

It seems the data are a level lower. Could you please check what Data path you have specified in the REST API setup screen before this one? See more here https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/import-from-rest-api#ImportfromRESTAPI-RESTAPIsourceparameters.
