I want to create the Scatter Bubble chart for Risk management

Hello @ Everyone,
My requirement is like I have risks with Impact and probability as issue property fields. I want to plot the Scatter Bubble chart like below where on X axis I have Impact (1, 5) on Y axis Probability (1, 5) and then I am calculating as Custom measure as risk score (Impact X Probability) from 1 to 25.
My bubbles are my risk score bubble size is based on the score and colour of the bubble is also based on range like below
1-6 Green
7-12 Amber
13-25 Red

Can Anyone help me to create this chart. Have tried and could only achieve like this

Thanks for posting your question!
I believe you had several topics opened regarding this and my colleague Zane already mentioned that unfortunately you cannot set the colors/conditional formatting in Scatter chart yet

Did you check out the Risk chart that is made in Table format, maybe this is something you could use in the meantime?
