I would like to list the Tempo Timesheets “account” codes that are either open or closed. Is there a way to do this using eazyBI? Additionally, is it possible to retrieve related information, such as the number of monthly hours logged as “budget” on each account?
Hi @kalos,
Currently, eazyBI imports Tempo Account as a dimension for reporting, but the account status (open/closed) is not directly imported. There are several other option how to group Tempo logged hours: Tempo
You must use additional data import methods to bring this information into eazyBI.
-
For account status (Open/Closed), use REST API or CSV file import to bring this data into eazyBI as additional data (see the documentation Additional data import into Jira Issues cube).
-
When status is imported, create a custom hierarchy in the Tempo Account dimension (see documentation Custom hierarchies)..
Not sure if this is what you mean by “budget”, but we are working on new integration with Budgety for Jira.
Best,

Thanks for these suggestions. I didn’t know this method. I will experiment with it in my eazyBI environment. And no, I don’t know the plugin Budgety.
