I’m creating a report to measure MTTR for some Jira tasks.
But for this I need the start and end values of the task to be from two custom fields that we created and set the correct date and time, however I cannot use these fields in the Row part, to aggregate the tasks by month considering this creation date customized.
Do you know if there is a way to do this? or create a custom hierarchy in the team Dimension that considers these fields?
