Import error Message

I have a red error message that reads, " Last Import Failed 2 months ago" Is this message affecting all my reports or a specific one?

Hi @Bobby_Holmes,

It affects all reports. This message means that data are not updated in the whole account for two months.

  1. Go to the Source Data section and click on the error message for more details about why it was not imported.

  2. Check if the cause to fail import is still current.

  3. If the cause of the problem is still current, try to fix it and then click on Import to refresh data and restart scheduled data imports.

  4. if not sure if the cause is still current, click on the Import to start data import and see if it can be completed successfully.
