Hi,
I start to import an excel file.
The file contains “Release” which should be inked to Fix Version/s.
I receive the error : Select existing cube dimension level for “Release”, but Fix version/s is available as dimension.
I also try to add data for a custom field “follow-up by”, the role field. This should be key field to the “Role” field in the excel file.
I receive the error: Dimension “Follow-up by” for “Role” is not available for import

The problem turned out to be related to the data import into the Jira issues cube.
Since the external data import process is not allowed to create new dimension members or change the dimension structure, and the manually entered dimension level name did not match the existing structure, the data mapping failed with an error.
You can refer to the mechanics of external data import into the Jira issues cube here - Additional data import into Jira Issues cube .
Another data column could not be mapped to a customfield dimension as the dimension did not appear in the mappable dimensions list. Some additional settings should be applied to a single value dimension.
