can I import only epics from a specific project? without all the other issue types?

You could use JQL filter in the eazyBI import options page > additional options tab to limit issues by type and import data only for epics from selected projects.

Perhaps you can create a separate eazyBI account for this use-case.
Note that JQL filter is common for all reports on that particular eazyBI account.
