I would like to be able to filter all my issues based on open accounts in Tempo. SO if an account is closed. I do not want all the issues related to it show up only those issues that have an open account. I was thinking if I can import a TEMPO Account status dimension might be able run my report. Any suggestion is welcomed. Thank you.

The Tempo Account status is not available as a dimension in eazyBI. But you can use the “Tempo Account“ dimension to group and filter data by account status.
The idea is to import the status as a property for each Tempo Account. Then create a custom hierarchy to group all accounts by their statuses. See this community post for more details:
