Hi,
I am trying to create a report that shows hours spent grouped by:
in our 25k issues dataset.
Most of the data is old and irrevalent, so I put on a Time pager with the recent 5 days.
However, when I try to display the issues with [All hierarchy member] - [Parent], the report times out.
I suspect that it is trying to go through all 25k issues BEFORE applying the date filter.
Is there anyway I can make it so that it goes through the issues AFTER the date filter is applied?

Such reports are quite requested, so there should be a sample report in the most recent eazyBI versions.
Try searching for a sample report on your account.

It has no recent data imported on the account, but the structure would show the report by issues
This kind of filtering would be quite fast even if you have imported 25k issues.
It would filter report results based on worklogs in the recent days (in the example “Current week” but you can also select other calculated member for different date periods).
