I am having problems in jira cloud, with eazybi where entering a dashboard, I get Internal Server Error.
I also get another error:
Report definition contains page dimension “Zephyr Squad Test Cycle” which is not present in the cube.

Such error messages are est handled in direct contact with support via e-mail.
The cause of the problem in this case was the inability to retrieve Jira instance data when eazyBI cloud infrastructure was using new IP addresses that had not been added to the Jira instance whitelist.
After adding IP addresses to the Jira instance IP address whitelist and a full re-import the error is gone.
