It is not possible to disable multiple selections in Pages.
Could you please share your use case of why you would want to disable this option so we could then evaluate if we should add such a feature request to our backlog?
As a workaround, I can suggest that you could create a calculated member in the required dimension, for the value you only want the report to be filtered by and select this particular member in the required dimension in Pages.
