Is it possible to replicate this JQL for Advanced Roadmaps in EazyBI?

Hi,

I am looking to pull all time logs that are related to the hierarchy in my Advanced Roadmap plan. If I use this JQL - issue in portfolioChildIssuesOf(“ADC-212”) - it will return all records related to the hierarchy and show me all Epics, Stories and sub-tasks with my timespent.

How can I replicate this in EazyBI?

Hi @lisams,
You need to import the Advanced Roadmap field “Parent Link” and Jira Software field “Epic link” into eazyBI account to create the hierarchy automatically. Then use the same dimension into Pages and filter by the upper level issue (ADC-212):

eazyBI does not have full support for Advanced roadmaps (formerly Jira Portfolio) in Cloud. We do not have an access to hierarchy setup, therefore, we can’t read all the levels and define a hierarchy. Advanced roadmaps use two references in this hierarchy by default - Epic link, and Parent Link. While Epic link references to one particular level. Parent link can represent several levels. However, eazyBI needs a unique reference to each level. Therefore you would like to define new custom fields…
