Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to import data from archived projects. We have a backlog item on this, and I’ll add your vote to it. I don’t have any timeline on this, however, we’ll let you know if and when this gets introduced!

Hi,

eazyBI cannot access data from archived projects. But we have made a solution to preserve data of archived projects if that data was imported into the eazyBI account before the project was archived. For more details, see the documentation: Data from Jira .
