I have a report that provides the number of issues created per a custom field named Classified As. Classified As only allows one selection per Jira issue, so it is not a multi selection field. In the report, all of the issues created per Classified As type are correct except for one. When I look at the data behind the one that is incorrect, it shows the Jira issue number and in the Issues Created column, it says there are two issues. I can’t figure out what the problem is with this particular Jira issue. Dimensions are Time, Project, Priority, Issue Type and Assignee. Rows is Classified As (the custom field). The only measure is Issue created.
I would recommend reaching out to the support team with more details provided (report definition, screenshots etc).
Maybe that behavior is because of another dimension where you select multiple values in page filter.
For example, Issue ABC-123 has two labels and you filter them both in “Label” dimension page filter,
Then it would be counted two times in “Issues created” column (one for each label) - regardless of the Classified AS value.
