I’m building a table, and sometime I see some “issue type” that are empty. In reality, thoses are stories.
How is it possible ?

One of the reasons those stories are not showing in the report is because they might not be imported in the eazyBI report.
I would advise you to check if there are any limitations set up in your eazyBI Jira Import options → Additional options → JQL query. If there are some filters existing already, you can either remove them or have the filter set up by creation date or by status.
