Team - I’ve multiple reports in eazyBI which used to work before perfectly. Recently, i see an issue where the assignee name on reports are getting displayed seperatly one with Alias & one with fullname. Like for example i can see tasks on my name in lkumar as one assignee and lalith kumar as other… it is new issue which i’m facing and reports are active for almost a year now

A likely reason for showing two users in eazyBI is that there are two different users in Jira. So the first thing to do would be to check with the Jira admin if there could be duplicated users in the user list.
