I’m trying to import data from an excel file but when doing so (Source data / Source files), I’ve got the following preview :
I’m getting formulas instead of the actual values.
Is there something to be configured here ?

Thank you for pointing to this.
This behavior of the data mapping happens with the Excel formulas on the eazyBI app for Jira Cloud. eazyBI uses different libraries for Excel file processing on Cloud and Server apps, so this problem does not happen with the Server/DC apps.
I added this request to our backlog for fixing the problem on Cloud.
