Issues created and updated

Hi , I was trying to build reports for each team in IT to get the number of jira tickets that they are working on but there was a bulk edit which changed some of the issue types from fault to bug so now my manager wants me to create a filter of issues created six months ago and then get all issues updated on a weekly and monthly basis as reports have all the junk data and inactive members who were a part of that particular ticket.

My question is how do I proceed further in this case as there can be bulk edits at anytime of the year


You could try using the property “Issue updated date” from “Measures” dimension to filter out issues for a specific report. This property can be used also in custom calculations.
