With your help, I’ve been able to create reports that allow me to pull in custom fields from the initiative level (such as initiative sponsor) and use these with data down to the story level (ie number of stories per sponsor).
Now, I’m trying to do something similar with Goals. Atlassian created this “Goals” feature (originally a part of Atlas?) and it is now available to all JIRA users which is great. However, it doesn’t seem to function quite like other customer fields.
However, it doesn’t seem to be pulling in the data properly. Is there a way to use the Goals feature within EazyBi? That would be very useful for those using JIRA Goals.
eazyBI doesn’t have an integration with the Atlas platform and the included Projects, Goals and Teams yet. We have a feature request in our backlog for this, and I’ve added your vote to it; I will update this community post when there is anything new.
A workaround would be to get the data through some REST API endpoints, but Atlassian has not yet released anything for Atlas (at least, we haven’t heard of it). Without these endpoints to extract the data, I doubt that we’ll be able to create an integration yet since we would use these same points to get the data.
