JSM Change Request tickets created using a script

EazyBi is counting Subtask created from Jira Service Management 4 times instead of the correct value of 1 when the subtasks are created using a script in JSM

Please share more details about the eazyBI report. What dimensions and measures do you use in the report?

How is the script configured? Please share a screenshot of the sub-task “history” details from Jira.
