Keep getting 403 from REST API source data (Apwide Golive Plugin)

I’ve being trying to import data from another plugin: Apwide Golive,
but I keep received the 403 error.

Without eazyBI:
I’ve tried request via postman or terminal, and both worked.

With eazyBI:
I’ve tried username/password (or email/personal token), but it doesn’t work.
I’ve tried header with Authorization, but it doesn’t work.

Error message:

Received HTTP 403 error when requesting https://{my-jira-domain}/rest/apwide/tem/1.1/deployments.
Your user was not authorized by API provider to perform this request.

Jira version: 8.16.1
eazyBI version: 7.2.1
Apwide Golive version: 8.6.1

Any idea?

Thanks for posting your question!
The 403 error suggests that eazyBI cannot make REST API requests to the Apwide endpoint from within the Jira server. This is because eazyBI needs to make these requests from the Jira server itself, not from an external location.
