I just finished reading the eazyBI book on my way back from Team '26 (thanks Zane and Ilze), and it left a real impression on me. What stood out most was how the book highlights the role that culture, a tight-knit team, and genuine collaboration play in eazyBI’s success. These aren’t just corporate talking points — they’re woven into how the company actually operates.
One of the things I value most about eazyBI is the support you get from everyone on the team. And I got to experience that firsthand at Team '26.
A client of mine mentioned that the eazyBI API under my name they had been using for Assets was expiring, and they needed to update the settings. I spent some time trying to track down where those settings live, but couldn’t quite figure it out. So I decided to swing by the eazyBI booth, where I ran into Raimonds. I asked him the question, and he had the answer for me in about two minutes flat.
That moment was a perfect illustration of what the book describes: at eazyBI, everyone rotates through support. It’s not siloed off to a single team — the people who build the product are the same people who help you when you’re stuck. That kind of accessibility and willingness to help is rare, and it makes a real difference.
It’s also worth noting that the team is pretty much the same as when I first met them at my first Atlassian Team event back in 2022 in Las Vegas, where I shared some of the things I’d done during the Community Days. That kind of stability says a lot about the culture they’ve built.
Thank you to the entire eazyBI team — keep up the great work. eazyBI is hands down my favourite reporting tool.
Tip: If you’re ever stuck on a report, don’t hesitate to reach out to the eazyBI team. They’ll provide you with enough guidance to help you complete the reports and dashboards you need.
