User is already present in the Jira group but his/her name is not populating in Log work report ?

eazyBI will add users to the Logged by dimension as members only if they have logged work in any issues imported in the data cube.
Similarly, as with other user dimensions Assignee and Reporter, users will be added as members if they have been assignee or reporter respectively to any imported issues.
We do have an improvement in our backlog to add an option to import all users in the user dimensions. I added your vote to it. Currently, I don’t have any estimates. We will let you know once there are any developments.
