Logged By Team Issue

Hello everyone,

I am currently facing an issue with my Logged By Team dimension.
I want to build a report showing me the logged time by people and by month that I can filter on Tempo Teams. (Logged by dimension in rows, Time in columns).
Unfortunately when I filter my report with this dimension it does not work as I get much more people than the ones that are effectively in the team that I selected.
Any idea on the issue I may be facing?

Hi @Matthieu_Oudeau,

Make sure you have enabled option Nonempty or Hide empty rows to see a list of those users that belong to the selected Team and have logged hours in the selected period.

You might want to use dimension “Logged by Team” to see logged hours by the team assigned to the user. On the other hand, dimension “Tempo Team” shows logged hours by the Team assigned to the issue. There are more details on available Tempo data: Tempo - eazyBI for Jira
