May I ask why all indicators related to time to resoution are empty?

There is no problem with the SLA Settings. In fact, there is data, and the eazyBI data source is imported. I don’t know what went wrong.

There is no target set in SLA configuration conditions. Is there any relation to this?

Both measures from your screenshot would return results for completed SLA cycles.
Could you confirm all 3 statements:

  • you have imported “Time to resolution” SLA from the import options,
  • there is no JQL filter that restrict importing resolved issues
  • this JIRA SM project is selected for import in your eazyBI account.
