Multi-level Assignee Hierarchy

I am looking for a multi-level hierarchy within the Assignee dimension. Is there a way to do this?

I have taken advantage of what is listed under Data Mapping and it works great except that it only allows for a two-level hierarchy.

I would like either of the following:

  • Director > Manager > User
  • Release Train > Team > User

Is there anything like [[jira.assignee_hierarchies]] within Advanced Settings that I can take advantage of? Or some other way to achieve this?

That is right, custom hierarchy supports just one level above the members.
But you could perhaps create new calculated member in the new hierarchy and use aggregates to combine multiple highest- level members.
