If you are using the eazyBI app for Jira Cloud, there is a new Issue cycles feature where you can group specific statuses to define your custom work cycles.

When your custom cycle is defined, you can use cycle Measures like Cycle days and Cycle workdays to see how much time has been spent on a ticket.

This feature will also be available in version 6.5 of the eazyBI app for Jira Server/DC, released in the coming months.
