you may want to use Issue dimension Epic hierarchy in the report rows: expand it to projects to epics to stories.
In the report columns, select needed properties from Measures >> Calculated members >> Issue properties (Issue Epic name, Issue sprint, Issue assignee, Issue reporter).
To get Issue Epic hierarchy, you must import Epic Link field (as a property or a dimension). Also, import Epic Name as a property.
If you do not want to see issue (epic or story) names in the first column, click on any issue and select option Display name > Show key.
