New Account and project import

Hi - i’m new to eazyBI

I have set up a new account and imported a project - not sure if i’ve done either right

The account is showing and I can see the import but it has warnings - how do I know if this is set up correctly?

The new account that i’ve set up for a user is not showing correctly at his end?

I have raised a ticket with eazyBI Support but thought i’d try here too

Hi @Sherry,

As we responded to you directly, the issue was caused by an incorrect use of date in Jira for the field “Completed Date” (year 0024 instead of 2024). Fixing these issues and their dates in your Jira should solve the problem on the eazyBI side as well.

After fixing this, you need to rerun the import to finish it successfully and restart automatic daily data imports.
