"No data found" error when drilling through

We are generating a report with two dimensions (Products and Errors) in rows and Issues Created as the measure. When drilling through issues in some specific rows No data found error appears, even when there’s data (we checked that in Jira as well). This happens only in some rows

When removing Error dimension (leaving only Product) does not appear to happen anymore but when removing Product dimension (leaving Error as the row dimension) error reappears in the same rows.

Any ideas?
