Not able to see database migrator on EazyBi Home page

Hi,

We are performing the migration from Jira server to Jira Cloud. We are not able to see option in Eazy Bi home page for database migration. Can you anyone let help here what kind of permision is required to get that option.

I am jira admin on Server and Site admin on Jira cloud.

Hi, @Jahidfazal

Please add following lines to your advanced settings for the Jira Cloud site where eazyBI is installed.

[database_migrator] 
enable = true

That would enable a database migrator for the Jira Cloud site.
