We import data from our data warehouse with different SQL imports. Out of these information we built reports and dashboards and integrate them on different Jira dashboards. So far so good. Now a few reports are not visible for our users. We have a grop called jira-software-users where all our employees are related to, to get the Jira Software license. This group is added as an account user to the eazyBI account with the SQL imports and where the reports are created - with the role user. Do you have an idea? Do I oversee something?

- Please Verify that the jira-software-users group is properly added as users in your eazyBI account settings: Account users > Add group
- Check if you have any Data access roles configured that might be restricting access to specific reports
- Verify if the users are indeed added to the Jira-software-users in Jira
The error message suggests users don’t have proper access to the eazyBI account. If the issue persists after checking these settings, please reach out to us directly sharing a screenshot of your Account users page so we can help troubleshoot further.

Good morning. All users are in the jira-software-users group, otherwise they wouldn´t be able to work in our cloud, so this is fine. I added the group with role User to all used cubes, so I can´t see the problem. Is there anything else I could check or do?
