I have the problem, that I want to use the hierarchy function (Initiative → Epic → Story), but we have also some Epics which have more than one Link to an Initiative (see picture):
→ Last Initiative Row: FEAT-4 is linked to EP-1 and EP-2
Is there any other possibilities to integrate it in there hierarchy structure and don’t use the multiple value function?

No, this scenario is not possible within eazyBI. Any issue could be in one branch only - 1 to many relationships for parent-child only on all levels. You can read more in eazyBI documentation about Additional issue hierachies.
