Open issues counts tickets with Derived status (and Derived it's a Done category status)

Hi all:

We are using the Open Issues field to show the pending tickets. The problem is that the count includes some tickets in Derived status, which is (I hope) a Done category status. Here is the code for the field:

Count of Open tickets including 7 with Derived status

Here's the green status

I know I can filter Derived out but that also will filter it out from the Restored issues (the Derived status is used when a Problem ticket is generated using the incident ticket. The incident changes to Derived as a Done status)
